Who We Are

As mothers and sisters-in-law, we have been searching for a product that is religiously oriented and will keep our children occupied and quiet at Mass. We found some great Mass books, but they do not entertain non-readers for very long. We also have some great quiet toys, but they are not about Mass or religion. So we designed and created our own!

We started in 2021 with designing and sewing 10 books. We quickly sold out and started a new set. After finishing our second set we knew we were not going to be able to maintain hand sewing books and continuing to homeschool our growing families. So we started a search for a manufacturer (read more about the manufacturer we found below).

It has been a fun journey learning the the process of how to manufacture and "officially" starting a business. We are excited about what God has in store for our little business and hope that you love our books as much as we do.

The Manufacturer for My Mass Book's Catholic Quiet Books

OUR MANUFACTURER

We use artisans in India who are able to do skilled work rather than hard labor in the fields. They are paid fairly and every single piece is hand cut and handmade. We use traditional techniques to ensure the books stand the test of time. This is a wonderful initiative where we can provide work to villagers who have no education and are illiterate and their only prospects are to work hard labor. In addition, we have opened up 3 schools so far for girls in India.

How This Book Was Made

Safe & Strong Materials
Crafted from a premium cotton blend and OEKO-TEX® felt, this book is safe for both your child and the environment. Each book is tested for strength and safety before they leave our factories above the enforced toy safety standards of the USA, Canada, and Europe.

Sewn: Not One Dot of Glue
Our quiet books are of heirloom quality, meaning they can be passed down for generations. Our artisans only use sewing thread to bind item together instead of glue, making this book incredibly sturdy. You will not find one dot of glue throughout this entire book.

Crafted With Care Thanks to You
In our fight against poverty, our artisans are hired through free trade in areas stricken by poverty. Because of your purchases, these women are able to secure the steady work needed to grow their businesses and raise the quality of life for their families. Thank you for helping.
